AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 11707 DECLARING REAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS,
AUTHORIZING ITS SALE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A DEED,
I BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
E AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance 11707 is amended to read as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds
tkat the following real property is surplus property of the City,
and as such represents a burdensome cost,and that the property
;Y is no longer needed for any public purposes:
Part of Inlot No. 631, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

southerly along the westerly line of said IWot 167.46
feet, more or less,to a point 31.3 feet northerly of the
southwesterly corner of said Inlot No. 531; thence

Company, a corporation operating under the laws of the State of Missouri, 325 East
McCarty, Jefferson City, MO'65101, party or parties of the second part:
WITNESSETH, That the said party or parties of the First part, for and in
consideration of the sum of ten dollars and other valuable considerations p aid by the ,,
said party or parties of the Second part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
does or do by these presents Grant, Bargain and Sell, Convey and Confirm, unto the
