ORDINANCE NO. 11891
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF COLONIAL HILLS ESTATES, SECTION 6, A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON.
WHEREAS, Kenneth W. Kauffman and Juanita L. Kauffman, owners of the
real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the City Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more
Particularly described as follows:
All that part of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of
Section 14, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Cole
County, Missouri, described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of said
southwest quarter; thence S 86° 42' 27" E, along the quarter quarter
section line, 355.29 feet to the northwest corner of Colonial Hills
Estates, Section 5, per Plat Book 11, Page 379 of the Cole County
Records;thence southerly, along the west line of said subdivision on the
following courses: S 05° 54' E, 481.70 feet; thence S 16° 24' E, 222.70
I. feet; thence S 00° 32' W, 351.32 feet to the north line of Colonial Hills
Estates, Section 3, per Plat Book 11, Page 296; thence S 89° 28' 31" W,
along the north line of the subdivision last mentioned, 469.9 feet to the
Y northwest corner thereof at the quarter quarter section line; thence N
00° 19' 28"E, along the quarter quarter section line, 1068.83 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 10.24 acres subject to all easements and
restrictions of record.
WHEREAS,it appearing that said plat has been fully and properly signed and
accepted by the owners of said subdivision, known and referred to as Colonial Hills
Estates, Section 6, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, RSMo, entitled "Plats" have been fully complied with
by the owners of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements of the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats
and'subdivisions have been complied with.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The plat of Colonial Hills Estates, Section 6, lying, being and

situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by
the said plat attached hereto and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved
and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed
-to endorse acceptance of said plat hereon and to certify the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson..
SECTION J. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
