AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE 11813, THE 1992-93 BUDGET OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, BY CHANGING, ADDING AND DELETING CERTAIN POSITIONS '`
PERTAINING TO THE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT AND THE PARKS AND k r.
RECREATION DEPARTMENT WITHIN THE PERSONNEL SCHEDULE OF FULL a

BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,

Section 1. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended � ' �
to delete the Superintendent of Parks Management and Operations (2131), range 49.
Section 2. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended x ..
to change the classification of Superintendent of Construction and Landscape (2135), ';x:
range 49, to Superintendent of Park Resources (2135), range 49.
Section 3. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended '
to delete the Parks Maintenance Supervisor (0047), range 31.
Section 4. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended
to change the classification of Golf Course Maintenance Supervisor (2112), range 35,
to Park Resources Supervisor (2112), range 41, and increase the number of positions
in this classification from one (1) to two (2).
Section 5. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended
to change the number of authorized positions in the classification of Recreation
Program Supervisor (2120), range 36, from four (4) to five (5) and reposition this
classification to range 41.
Section 6. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended
to reposition the Construction and Maintenance Supervisor(4203)classification in the
Public Works Department Street Division, from range 38 to range 41.
Section 7. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended
to reposition the Traffic and Special Services Supervisor (4202) classification in the
Public Works Street Division, from range 38 to range 41.
Section 8. The Personnel Schedule of Full Time Positions is hereby amended

RENEWAL OPTION OF LEASE AGREEMENT

3 r. WHEREAS,the City of Jefferson,Missouri,a municipal corporation,with offices at 320 East McCarty,Jefferson
City,Missouri, 65101,hereinafter designated"City,"entered into a Lease Agreement with Cerini Investments,
Inc. d/b/a Hertz Rent-A-Car, with offices at Columbia Regional Airport, Route 1, Columbia, Missouri, 65201,
hereinafter referred to as"Lessee," on June 15, 1993;and
12, WHEREAS,the Lease Agreement was for use of counter space at the Jefferson City Memorial
Airport;and
WHEREAS, both parties wish to renew the Lease Agreement for a one (1) year period, exercising the final

� renewal option.
NOW,THEREFORE,be it agreed as follows:

A. Article IV, "Term'of Leasehold,"of the Lease Agreement dated June 15, 1993 is-hereby amended
to read as follows:
ARTICLE IV
TERM OF LEASEHOLD
The term of this lease shall be for one 1 F
( )year subject to earlier termination for
cause as provided herein. The terns of the agreement shall commence on the 15`h day of
` 3- June, 1997.
B. All other sections of the Lease Agreement dated June 15, 1993 shall remain in effect as stated.
