The GEFA info has been sent. We are still looking at a mid-January GEFA board meeting when funding should be made available.
The DOT permit apps are off.
EPD plans are off as well.
We will need you to sign the LDA permit application – John Giordano is coming out this afternoon and can get with you. We will also need:
· a $50 check payable to the Coastal SWCD and
· a $148 check payable to Department of Natural Resources – EPD
to send with the land disturbance applications. If those can be ready then as well, we can send everything off.
Based on the GEFA schedule, we should be able to take bids concurrently so that we are ready to begin construction by February with funding in place at that point.
We had discussed some dates in the last infrastructure meeting based on when the January council meeting(s) are, but if you could refresh me that would be good.
We will need 30 days for advertising with 2 listings in the newspaper 2 weeks apart. Once we have a bid date set, we will update the Advertisement for Bids and you can get it out to
the newspaper and on the City’s website. We will also let the local contractors know it is coming up.
