ORDINANCE NO. 11907
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SECTION 7-
244.K OF CHAPTER 7 AS IT PERTAINS TO THE CABLE QUALITY COMMISSION.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
amending of Section 7-244.K of Chapter 7 to read as follows:

K. Make an annual semi annual report to the city council of
the activities of the commission, including but not limited to a review of
grantee's compliance with the terms of the franchise, recommendations
for amendments to the franchise and any other matter relating to the
provision of cable service to the community.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
