AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF EL MERCADO PLAZA, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON. {'p
WHEREAS, El Mercado, Inc., a Missouri corporation, David R. Goller,
President, owner of the real estate hereinafter described, having submitted to the
City Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County,
T. Missouri, and more particularly described as follows:
-Part of the southeast quarter of Section 4, Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows:
From the southeast corner of said Section 4; thence S 86° 19' W,
along the section line, 1788.03 feet to the southeast corner of a tract of
land described in Quit Claim Deed of record in Book 240, Page 939, Cole
County Recorders Office; thence N 03° 43' 31" W, along said easterly,
line of said tract and along the easterly line of another tract described
by deed of record in Book 240, Page 938, Cole County Recorder's Office,
700.95 feet to the northeasterly corner of said tract in Book 240, Page
938; thence S 86' 14' 26" W, along the northerly line of said tract in
Book 240, Page 938, 692.99 feet to the northeast corner of a 24.72 acre
tract described in Book 231, Page 918, Cole County Recorder's Office;
thence S 85° 07' 05" W, along the nog-therly line of said tract and along
the northerly line of another tract described in Book 283, Page 551, Cole
County Recorder's Office, 373.12 feet; thence N 03° 55' 16" W, 360.00
feet to the southerly right-of-way line of Amazonas Drive; thence N 85°
07' 05" E, along said southerly line, 260.00 feet to the point of beginning
for this description; thence S 03° 55' 16" E, 199.99 feet; thence on a
curve to the right, having a radius of 50.00 feet, an arc distance of
225.55 feet, the chord of said curve being N 54° 41' 23" W, 77.46 feet;
thence N 03° 55' 16"W, 150.00 feet to the southerly right-of-way line of
Amazonas Drive; thence N 85° 07' 05" E, along the southerly right-of-
way line of Amazonas Drive, 60.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing in all 17,363 square feet (0.40 of an acre).
