A CERTAIN SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT �� •„

+ . ; WHEREAS, by a plat recorded in Plat Book 252, Page 797 and a sanitary sewer ,.r
easement recorded in Book 310, Page 029, Cole County Recorder of Deeds Office, a '
sanitary sewer easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal
Corporation,to excavate within,install, construct, maintain and repair structures for
the routing and conveyance of sewer water in under and through the lot, tracts or yt ;
x, parcels of land described in Section 1; and :k

WHEREAS,the Council of the City of Jefferson,has determined that these easements
are no longer necessary for public use;

. { Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus

`+ A strip of land 10 feet wide across part of the East Half of the Northeast
Quarter of Section 11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, the centerline of said 10 foot strip being more particularly

From the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 11; thence

This description to vacate the easement recorded in Book 252, Page 797, and
the southerly 220.0 feet of the easement described in Book 310, Page 029, Cole
