MISSOURI, RELINQUISHING A
�t AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
CERTAIN WATER EASEMENT ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT WAL-MART SUPER
CENTER DEVELOPMENT. ;
WHEREAS, by plat recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 437, Cole County Recorder of Deeds
Office
Fy;;> , a water easement was granted to the City of Jefferson, a Municipal Corporation, to
excavate within, install, construct, maintain and repair structures for the routing and
conveyance of water in, under and through the lot, tracts or parcels of land described in
Section 1; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Jefferson has determined that this easement is no
longer necessary for public use;
BE IT ENACTED BY THE, COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS N".

Section 1. The Council finds that the following described easement is surplus property =A
t,. of the City and is no longer needed for any public purpose:

Development,City of Jefferson,County of Cole,State of Missouri, as per plat of record
?r` in Plat Book 11 Page 437, of the Cole Count Recorder's Office.

f�++: Section 2. The easement described in Section 1 is hereby relinquished, and the City
does hereby release and abandon whatever interest it has in the easement.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute any necessary
legal document relinquishing all of the City's interest in the tract of ground described in
Section 1.
