RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE MIDPENINSULA REGIONAL OPEN SPACE
DISTRICT APPOINTING PEACE OFFICER
The Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula Regional Open
Space District does hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following person is hereby designated as
peace officer of the Midpeninsula Regional
Open. Space District pursuant to Section 830.3(m)
of the Penal Code of the State of California
and under Sections 5558 and 5561 of the Public
Resources Code of the State of Caliornia, to en-
force the Regulatory Ordinance for Use of Midpen-
insula Regional Open Space District lands and any
applicable federal, State and local laws:

PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Directors of the Midpeninsula
Regional Open Space District on
May 16 , 1979
at a regular/special meeting thereof, by the following vote:
AYES: Katherine Duffy, Daniel Wendin, Richard Bishop, Barbara
Green, Harry Turner and Edward Shelley
