AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SCHEDULE
! J (PARKING PROHIBITED) OF SECTION 19-401 BY ADDING A PORTION OF
WEST MCCARTY STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
amending Schedule J (Parking Prohibited) subsection (a) (Streets and highways) of
Section 19-401 by adding:
McCarty Street West: on the south side thereof, west and within forty-five
feet of the west curb of Bolivar Street.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
