Approve the minutes of the previous meetings
New Business:
TRAILS PROJECT – GDOT PROJECT SCHEDULE
Propose Placing on January 17, 2013 City Council Workshop Agenda as Action Item for Approval
Old Business:
I. Proposed Replacement Current AMR System with a New AMR System – On 1.10.13 City Council Agenda
Report back on any additional information regarding Silver Avenue
City Attorney is working with Joe Wilson on reasonable solution
Review Water and Sewer Changes on Guest Cottages
Possible Recommendation to City Council – Waive Addition Garbage and Recycle Charge
Current Internal City Policies for Notification for Water Cut-offs:
Notice of cut off policy is on the front of the water bill
Recent Notice was given on the back of the water bill (newsletter)
In December the Water Department personnel left hand tag notices on doors of property who are subject prior to cut offs in January
In January, city staff locked the meters, as well as, turned off the water after notice.
IV. HISTORIC BUTLER AVENUE PROJECT
Project Status Update:
Councilman Brown requested conduit for the project for possible future electrical for the palm trees.

A quorum of city council members may be present which would constitute a meeting.
