BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. the
Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the
addition of a new Section 17-32 of Chapter 17 to read as follows:
