I� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
R AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING A 1.7 ACRE TRACT OF LAND
LOCATED IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF 219 SCHUMATE CHAPEL ROAD FROM
RS-2,SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL,TO C-1,NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE
ZONING CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN
COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned from RS-2, Single
Family Residential, to C-1, Neighborhood Commercial:
A 1.7 acre tract of land located immediately south of 219 Schumate
Chapel Road. Said tract described as:
Land in the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 34,
Township 45 North, Range 12 West, being more particularly described
as beginning at the intersection of the west right-of-way line �of
Schumate Chapel Road and the south line of said Section 34; thence
west along the said section line 400 feet, more or less; thence north 345
feet, more or less, to the west line of Schumate Chapel Road; thence
southeasterly along said west line to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
