y' AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,MISSOURI, BY AMENDING SECTION 36-
20 OF CHAPTER 35, ZONING CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF A CONDITIONAL
USE DEFINITION FOR A RIVERBOAT CASINO COMPLEX TO THE
CLASSIFICATION RC, RURAL CONSERVATION DISTRICT.
Section 1. The Code of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by
amending Section 35-20(A)(2) of Chapter 35 by the addition of the following
subsection:
e. Casino riverboat complex which may include casino riverboat
dock, ticket sales and administrative office, restaurant, kitchen,
bar or tavern,retail store,signage,amusement center,automobile
and bus parking areas, and storage and maintenance building
provided that the storage and maintenance uses are solely for the
maintenance and storage of goods which are directly associated
with the casino riverboat complex.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its passage and approval.
