ORDINANCE NO. 11997
r. AN ORDINANCE OFTHE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,AMENDING,
AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY AT 1309 FAIRGROUNDS ROAD FROM PUD,
PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT, AND RA-1, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, TO C-2,
GENERAL COMMERCIAL.
WHEREAS, IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
y JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned as follows:
From PUD, Planned Unit Development, to C-2, General Commercial:
Part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 17,
Township 44, Range 12, Cole County, Missouri, more particularly described
Tr- as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter of the northwest
quarter of Section 17; thence S 50 47' E, 540.63 feet, along the quarter
section line; thence N 710 13' W, 501.44 feet, to the easterly right-of-way
line of the abandoned Bagnall Branch of the Missouri Pacific Railroad;
thence N 190 31' E, 368.95 feet, along the easterly right-of-way line of said
abandoned railroad; thence N 840 36' E, 298.91 feet, along the quarter
quarter section line, to the point of beginning. Containing 4.1 acres, more
or less.

09" E, 336.92 feet; thence S 850 04' 06" W, 303.14 feet
to the westerly line of the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of said
Section 17; thence N 050 34' 02" W, along the quarter section line, 143.70
feet to the point of beginning for this description. Containing 0.50 acre.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
