Classified Land Applications (Chapter 61, 61A, 6113): Mr. Gallagher presented the FY2024
6 1 A Chapter Land application for 420 Cranview Road (Parcel 19-43-0). Mr. Hayes made the
motion to approve the late chapter land application. Ms. McGinnis seconded the motion. Motion
approved unanimously.
Matters Not Reasonably Anticipated by the Chair: None at this time.
Next Meeting: The next Board of Assessors meeting will be August 23, 2023 to discuss
Classification Options and Tax Policy.
Executive Session (To comply with or act under the authority of any general or special law or
federal grant-in-aid requirements: MGL Chap 59 Sec. 60 and MGL Chap. 214 Sec. 113):
At 4:48pm Mr. Hayes moved to enter Executive Session for the reasons noted above, not to
return to regular session. Ms. McGinnis seconded the motion. Roll Call vote: Hayes- aye;
Barker- aye; McGinnis- aye; motion approved unanimously.
