ORDINANCE NO. 11998
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING CERTAIN
PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS AND AUTHORIZING THE DISPOSAL OF SAID
PROPERTY.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, finds that the following
item is surplus property of the City, and as such represents a burdensome cost,
is and that the property is no longer needed for any public purposes:
1958 D8 Caterpiller bulldozer,Serial#9A1345/1435,damaged
beyond repair in the flood.
S coon 2• The Finance Department is hereby authorized to advertise for bid the
item described in Section 1 for sale, and to sell the property to the highest bidder.
Section . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
