'I: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOW:

R; SECTION 1. Section 23-87 (a) (2) of the code of Jefferson is hereby
amended by deleting the following:
MILLER STREET, on the north half thereof between Adams Street and
Jackson Street on any day school is held at Simonson Junior High
School.
'.' SECTION 2. Section 23-87 (a) (2) of the Code of Jefferson is hereby
amended by addition of the following:
I MILLER STREET, on the south half thereof between Adams Street and
Jackson Street on any day school is held at Simonson Junior High
}` School.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
