AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFL•',RSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.9952,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO GRANT RIGHT OF ACCESS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. ORDINANCE NO. 9952 is hereby amended by deleting Section 2
in its entirity and adding a new Section 2 as follows:
The Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute an easement for roadway
over the property described in Section 1 to the sellers. The easement grant-
ed will be an additional to an easement of roadway granted and recorded in
the office of the Recorder of the County of Callaway, Missouri in Book 215
on page 495, and will serve the remainder of property for ingress and egress.
The easement will be described as follows:
EASEMENT: A strip of land twenty four (24) feet wide and lying East of
the Quarter Section Line, beginning at the southwest corner of the south-
east Quarter of Section 14, Township 44 North, Range 11 West, Callaway
County, Missouri, thence running northerly along and with the Quarter
Section Line of said Section 14 to a point that lies 1526.96 feet north
of said southwest corner.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
