ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 9853 WHICH ADOPTED THE BUDGET AND PERSONNEL
AUTHORIZATION FOR FISCAL YEAR 1982-83, BY THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF THE POSITION OF CONTROLLER IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The authorization for Controller in the personnel
schedule for the Department of Finance, listed on page 32 of the
fiscal year 1982-83 budget document, is deleted and substituted
therefor is the following authorization:

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after July 18, 1983.
