ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 (a) PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
is hereby amended by repealing the following:
TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, along the south curb for a distance of two
hundred feet beginning at a point six hundred feet from the
intersection of Ellis Boulevard and Tanner Bridge Road.
Section 2. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of Jefferson,
is further amended by the addition of the following:
TANNER BRIDGE ROAD, along the south curb for a distance of two
hundred twenty feet beginning at a point five hundred eighty feet
from the intersection of Ellis Boulevard and Tanner Bridge Road.
FOREST HILL, the east and west halves thereof a distance of fifty
feet north of the north curb of West Main Street.
WEST MAIN STREET, the north half thereof, a distance of eighty—five
feet west of the west curb of Forest Hill.
WEST MAIN STREET, the north half thereof a distance of seventy—five
feet east of the east curb of Forest Hill.
HIGH STREET, the north half thereof, a distance of fifty feet east
of the east curb of Clay Street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
