ORDINANCE NO. OO 3
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING THE
APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED FOR THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1982-1983, AND AUTHORIZING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION
OUT OF THE UNAPPROPRIATED FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The appropriations for the fiscal year 1982-1983 are
hereby ame_nU_e_J by decreasing the appropriations of the Special Events
Account , Account No. 10-11-242 by the amount of $30 ,600 , and by in-
creasing the appropriations of the Landscaping Account, Account No.
10-33-405 , by the amount of $30 ,600.
Section 2. A supplemental appropriation of $8,135 is hereby
appropriate out of the Unappropriated General Fund Balance , and intct',-the
Landscaping Account, Account No. 10-33-405.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
