AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 9037 AND WITHDRAWING THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE PLAT OF SPRING
VALLEY SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
SECTION 1. Ordinance 9037 , approving and accepting Spring
Valley Subdivision, Section Two, is hereby repealed and City
of Jefferson approval and acceptance of said subdivision is
hereby withdrawn.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.

REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 9037 , ACCEPTING AND APPROVING
THE PLAT OF "SPRING VALLEY SUBDIVISION, SECTION TWO"
Section 14. 0 of the Jefferson City Subdivision Regulations reads
in part, "When the approval of the City has been endorsed upon
the plat . . . the owner, or agent thereof, shall have the plat
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in Cole County,
Missouri, within thirty (30) days thereof, or the City may
enact an ordinance withdrawing its approval and acceptance of
such Plat" . Ordinance No. 9037 was approved on September 23,
1977 and has not been recorded.
.. This unrecorded plat is located between Christy Drive and
Tanner Bridge Road and at the ends of Flora Drive and Aurora
Street. The roller rink and the proposed Planned Unit Develop-
ment of Mr. Jerry Toebben, Mr. Jim Vieth and Mrs. Grover Gray
are encompassed by this plat. The Toebben-Vieth-Gray PUD re-
zoning request was approved by the City Council on May 17,
1983.
At the time Toebben-Vieth-Gray submitted their request for
rezoning they also requested that the ordinance approving
$pring Valley Subdivision, Section Two be repealed. At their
meeting of June 9, 1983 the Jefferson City. Planning and Zoning
Commission recommended that Ordinance 9037 be repealed.
