ORDINANCE NO
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SECTION 5-14 OF THE CITY CODE PERTAINING TO LIQUOR LICENSE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 5-14 of the City Code is hereby repealed and
a new section is enacted in lieu thereof, which shall read as follows:
Section 5-14. No license authorizing the retail sale of
intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises where sold,
shall be issued unless the person or managing officer of a
corporation applying for such license is a person of good moral
character.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
