ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH TODD
CORPORATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with Todd Corporation for the rental of
shop towels, dust mops and handles, rags, uniforms, rugs and fender
covers.
Section 2. The contract shall be substantially the same in form
and content as that contract attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.

CLEANING SERVICES CONTRACT
This Contract is made and entered into this day of
19—M-, by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri , a municipall
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Todd Corporation ,
Fulton, Missouri , hereinafter referred to as "Contractor. "
In consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set
forth, it is agreed as follows :
1. This Contract will be in effect for one (1) full year from
September 5 , 1983, through August 31 , 1984. This Contract can be
terminated at any time by either party by giving the other party thirty
(30) days written notice .
2. Contractor will provide rental service of clothing, rugs , dust
mops, shop towels , mop handles , and fender covers in accordance with
the attached specifications.
3. The City will pay the following rental rates :
Shop Towels - $ . 07 each
Dust Mops & Handles
24 inch - $1. 00 per change
36 inch - $1. 00 per change
Rags - $. 35 per pound
Uniforms (5 sets weekly) - $. 96 per change
3 x 4 rugs - $2. 25 per change
Fender Covers - $. 60 each
4 . Each location and department will be invoiced separately. All
invoices will be sent to the Finance Department, 320 East McCarty Street ,
Jefferson City , Missouri, `*65101.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands and
seals on the day first above written.
