AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE 14AYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT
AMENDING FAA CONTRACT NO. FA65CE-3326 DATED APRIL 12, 1964, -FOR THE
MASTER SITE LEASE WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION AT JEFFERSON
CITY MEMORIAL AIRPORT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T:1Z CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The 'iayor and r_ta? "--'ty Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed, to execute a written contract supplement between the City
of Jefferson, Missouri and the Federal Aviation Administration to amend
the Master Site Lease, Contract No. FA65CE-3326, at the Jefferson City
Memorial Airport.
Section 2. A copy of said supplemental contract is attached hereto
and made a part hereof as if fully incorporated herein.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force
from and after its passage and approval.

CONTRACT SUPPLEMENT For_ MASTER SITE LEASE
At Memorial Airport
Jefferson City, Missouri
Contract No. FA65CE-3326 is hereby amended. by deleting therefrom the description of the
localizer—Runway 30 (Supplement No. 2) and substituting the followidg therefor:
Localizer—Runway 30: Antenna array centered on runway centerline extended 500' outbound
from Runway 12 threshold. Antenna plot size 56' x 18' . The shelter plot is 250' west
of the antenna array. Shelter plot size 50' x 50' with a 12' x 70' access road.
Total acreage: 0.1 acre
All.other terms and conditions of Contract No. FA65CE-3326 shall remain the same.
Supplement No. 3 shall become eff tive July 1, 1983 ,
