AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO TERMINATE THE AGREEMENT WITH WEATHERBY
POSTING SERVICE, INC. , RELATING TO THE ERECTION AND ADVERTISING SIGNBOARDS
WITHIN THE CITY, AND PROVIDING FOR WRITTEN NOTICE THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI ,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section_ 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
direct�ce to terminate the agreement with Weatherby Posting Service , Inc. ,
relating to the erection of advertising signboards within the City,
which agreement was authorized by Ordinance No. 8199 and signed on
October 8, 1969 .
Section 2 . The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
give written notice of the termination, in accordance with the terms
of the contract, to Weatherby Posting Service, Inc.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
