ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH KENNETH
HUBBEL AND TROUPE, KEHOE, WHITEAKER AND KENT FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with Kenneth Hubbell and Troupe,
Kehoe, Whiteaker and Kent for consulting services for the sum of
$15,000.
Section 2. The contract shall be substantially the same in form
and content as that contract attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval. Q

CONSULTING SERVICES CONTRACT
This contract is made and entered into this day of VkjAad,-_r 1983, by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a municip
corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," and Kenneth Hubbell
and Troupe, Kehoe, Whiteaker and Kent, hereinafter referred to as
"Consultants. "
The parties agree as follows :
1. Consultants will perform the services listed in their letter to
the City, dated August 31, 1983, under the terms and conditions
contained in the letter. The letter is attached hereto as Exhibit
1, and is made a part of this agreement.
2. Consultants will, in addition to the services listed in the letter,
give oral testimony in hearings of the case before the Pulic
Service Commission.
3. Consultants will submit to the City a detailed bill , at least monthly,
itemizing the cost of the services rendered. The City will pay
Consultants on a monthly basis. The total cost of the services under
this contract shall not exceed $15, 000.
4. City may terminate this contract by giving notice in writing to
Consultants. Upon termination of this contract , City will pay
Consultants for any unpaid services already performed, and for
any unpaid out-of-pocket expenses already incurred.
