ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 (a) PARKING PROHIBITED
AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of -Jefferson,
is hereby amended by the addition of the following;
FAIRMONT, the Southwest side thereof a distance of one hundred
fifty feet northwest of Moreau Drive.
INTERSECTION OF FAIRMONT AND MOREAU, along the north and east
curbs of the triangular island at the intersection.
MOREAU DRIVE, beginning at a point four hundred twenty-five feet
from the south curb of Oakwood, south along the west curb of
Moreau Drive a distance of one hundred ninety-five feet.
COMMERCIAL AVENUE, on the north and south sides thereof, between
Adams Street and Monroe Street, excluding that portion which is
designated as parking for law enforcement vehicles.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date of its passage and approval.
