Z�0&/�j AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, DECLARING REAL PROPERTY TO BE SURPLUS, AUTHORIZING ITS SALE AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1 . The City Council finds that the following real prop- erty is surplus property of the City, and as such represents a burdensome cost, and that the property is no longer needed for any public purpose: Parts of Lots 326, 327 and 328 of Wulfert' s Re-subdivision of Outlot No. 101 ; per plat of records, Book Two and Page Six, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: All of Lots 326, 327 and 328 of Wulfert's Re-subdivision of Outlot No. 101 ; per plat of record, Book Two and Page Six, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, excepting the easterly most thirty (30' ) feet of Lots 326, 327 and 328 and excepting the northerly most nineteen (19' ) feet of Lot 328 and, further provided, said property shall be subject to a fifteen (15' ) foot wide grading and slope maintenance easement being located as follows: Beginning at the easterly most corner of Lot 326; thence in a northwesterly direction from said corner along the lot line between Lots 325 and 326, thirty (30' ) feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said lot line in a northwesterly direction fifteen (15' ) feet; thence on a bearing of N 42° 45' E, eighty (80' ) feet; thence on a bearing of S 47 45' E, fifteen (15' ) feet; thence on a bearing of S 42° 45' W, eighty (80' ) feet to the point of beginning. Section 2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sell the property to Frank L. Bise, Gail A. Bise, Christopher Lee Bise, and Branden Matthew Bise for the sum of $450.00. Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute deeds relinquishing all of the City' s interest in the tract of ground described in Section 1. Said deeds shall be substantially the same in form and content as the deeds attached hereto as Exhibits A and B. Section 4.
