AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AUTHORIZING A
REAPPROPRIATION FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS IN PROCESS AND
PURCHASE ORDERS OUTSTANDING AT OCTOBER 31, 1982.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby a reappropriation for a con-
struction contract per purchase order number 6829 outstanding
at October 31, 1982 in the amount of $51, 212 .35 to Account
No. 10-42-333 - Public Works - Street - Street Resurfacing.
Section 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force from and
after the date of its passage and approval.
