ORDINANCE NO. 1007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING SECTION 23-41 (a) ,
RELATING TO STOP AND YIELD INTERSECTIONS, RIGHT-OF-WAY SPECIFIC
INTERSECTIONS, BY ADDING NEW INTERSECTIONS OF ROADWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-41 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson is hereby amended by the addition of the following:
Column A Column B Column C
SOUTHRIDGE DRIVE NORTH ACCESS ROAD FROM JEFFERSON
STREET NORTH OF RAMADA INN
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in .full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
