ORDINANCE NO. 10075"
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON BY AMENDING SECTION 23-79 (a)
PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES AT DESIGNATED LOCATIONS, STREETS
AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 23-79 (a) of the Code of the City of
Jefferson is hereby amended by repealing the following:
BERRY STREET, the east side thereof, extending between
High Street and McCarty Street.
STADIUM BOULEVARD, on both sides thereof, extending one hundred
fifty feet from Southwest Boulevard.
SECTION 2. Section 23-79 (a) is further amended by the addition
of the following:
BERRY STREET, the east side thereof, extending a distance of
sixty feet south of the southeast curb of High Street.
BERRY STREET, the east side thereof, extending a distance of
sixty feet north of the northeast curb of McCarty Street .
BERRY STREET, the west side thereof, extending a distance of
forty feet north of the north west curb of ncCar..ty Street.
MCCARTY STREET, the north side thereof, extending a distance
of forty-five feet west of the west curb of Berry Street .
MCCARTY STREET, the north side thereof, extending a distance
of forty-five feet east of the east curb of Berry Street .
SOUTHWEST BOULEVARD, the west side thereof, extending a distance
of two hundred seventy feet north of the north curb of Stadium
Boulevard.
STADIUM BOULEVARD, the south side thereof, extending a
distance of one hundred fifty feet east of the east curb
of Southwest Boulevard.
STADIUM BOULEVARD, the north side thereof, extending a distance
of one hundred sixty feet west of the west curb of Southwest
Boulevard.
STADIUM BOULEVARD, the north side thereof, extending a distance
of two hundred feet east of the east curb of Southwest Boulevard.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.

MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1, Section 23-79, Parking prohibited at all times
at designated locations, is hereby amended, by adding a new �

roadway to said Section, as follows:

"Southwest Boulevard, on the east side, from
Missouri Boulevard to Route 'C' ,"
- Section 2, This ordinance shall be in full force and 'effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
