AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING THE CITY
CODE BY REPEALING SECTION 23-10, AND ENACTING IN LIEU THEREOF ONE
NEW SECTION PERTAINING TO OFFICERS OF THE PARKING AND TRAFFIC COMMISSION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 23-10 of the City Code is hereby repealed
and a new Section 23-10 is enacted in lieu theroef, which shall read
as follows :
Section 23-10. Officers .
In addition to the Chairperson appointed by the Mayor,
the Commission may pick a Vice-Chairperson and any other
officers they deem necessary. The Secretary to the Director
of Public Works shall serve as the recording secretary
for the Commission and record the minutes .
Section 2 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
