ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY AMENDING CHAPTER 36, OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
BY REZONING PROPOSED SOUTHGATE SUBDIVISION, FROM RS-2 (SINGLE
FAMILY) TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN CHAPTER
36 RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the following described real estate is
rezoned from RS-2 (single family) to PUD (planned unit develop-
ment) , to-wit:
Part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
and part of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 13, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, all of Lot
Nos. 23, 27, and 28 of Swift and Thompson Subdivision as
per plat of record in Plat Book 1, page 9 , Cole County
Alk Recorder's Office, said Lot Nos . 23, 27 and 28, being situated
in the East Half of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
13, and a part of Fair Acres Addition as per plat of record
in Plat Book 2 , page 28, Cole County Recorder' s Office,
that part of said Fair Acres Addition being all of Lot Nos.
21 thru 29, inclusive in Block No. 4 and part of Lot Nos.
19 , 20 and 30, in said Block 4 . All of Lot Nos. 1 thru 12
inclusive in Block No. 5 . All of Lot Nos . 1 thru 17 inclusive,
Lot A, Fair Acres Park, and a 30 foot drive extending from
Fair Acres Park to Rogers Street as shown on plat of record
in Plat Book 2 , page 28, Cole County Recorder' s Office, all
in Block No. 6 . All of Lot Nos . 1 thru 28 inclusive, all
of Lots A thru G inclusive, part of Lots H thru 0 inclusive,
in Block No. 7. Part of vacated Fair Acres Drive and a
part of vacated Rogers Street . All in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, being more particularly described
as follows:Beginning at the southeasterly corner of aforesaid
Fair Acres Addition; thence S 840 14 ' 08" W, along the southerly
line of said Fair Acres Addition, 2029. 29 feet to the southwest
corner of said Fair Acres Addition; thence N 050 35 ' 33"

feet to a point on the southerly line of Lot 22 of aforesaid

412.06 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
