AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ELECTING A BENEFIT
PROGRAM IN THE MISSOURI LOCAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES RETIREMENT
SYSTEM FOR EMPLOYEES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City of Jefferson hereby elects Benefit Program
LT-5 in accordance with the provisions of Section 70.655, RSMo,
as amended. The City Clerk shall certify this election to the
Missouri Local Government Employees Retirement System within ten
( 10 ) days after this Ordinance has been passed and approved.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after November 1, 1983. ss��
