ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ADOPTING A BUDGET AND
PERSONNEL CLASSIFICATION PLAN FOR THE CITY FOR THE PERIOD NOVEMBER 1,
1983, TO OCTOBER 31, 1984, AND APPROPRIA`i°I14G MONEY IN THE CITY TREASURY
TO PAY THE COST OF OPERATING THE CITY GOVERNMENT DURING THAT PERIOD IN
ACCORDANCE WITH THE BUDGET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A budget and personnel classification plan for the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, are hereby adopted for the period November 1,
1983, to October 31, 1984 . A copy of the budget and personnel classification
plan is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as fully as if set forth
verbatim herein.
Section 2. There is hereby appropriated out of the various funds
in the City Treasury such monies as are provided for in the budget of
the City for the period November 1, 1983, to October. 31, 1984, to defray
the cost and expense of operating the City government during that period
in accordance with the budget.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect as of
November 1, 1983. d
