A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF HUNTERS RIDGE ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly S. Lale and Jerry J. and
Melody A. Green, owners of the real estate hereinafter described
and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted
to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson
City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described
as follows :
Part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 13 , Township 44 North,
Range 12 West, in the County of Cole, City of Jefferson,
Missouri, being more particularly described as follows: From
the Southwest corner of Section 13, Township 44 North, Range
® 12 West; thence N 04° 08 ' 00" W, along the Section Line, 599 . 66
feet to the point of beginning for this description; said
point of beginning also being the Northwest corner of a 2.5
foot wide strip of land conveyed to the County of Cole, as
per deed of record in Book 150 , page 518, Cole County Recorder's
Office; thence continuing N 040 08 ' 00" W, along the Section
Line, 430 . 73 feet to the Southwest corner of Stanford Subdivision
No. Two as per plat of record in Plat Book 8, page 37 , Cole
County Recorder's Office; thence N 85° 34 ' 32" E, along the
South line of said Stanford Subdivision No. Two and of Stanford
Subdivision as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, page 63,
Cole County Recorder's Office, 879 . 82 feet to the Northwest
corner of a tract conveyed to Lawson T. Holmes and wife, by
deed of record in Book 179, page 106, Cole County Recorder' s
Office; thence S 04° 18 ' 42" E, along the West Line of said
Holmes Tract, 145.05 feet to the Southwest corner thereof;
thence N 85° 42 ' 49" E, along the South Line of said Holmes
Tract, 100 . 00 feet to the Southeast corner thereof; said corner
also being on the West Line of Southwest Boulevard; thence
S 11° 34 ' 12" E, along the West Line of said Southwest Boule-
vard, 60.48 feet to the Northeast corner of a tract conveyed
to Bryon Ben Bolden and wife, by deed of record in Book 235,
page 746, Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence N 85° 42 '
49" W, along the North Line of said Bolden Tract and along
the Westerly extension of said North Line, 251 .97 feet; thence
S 04 ° 27 ' 18" E, 144 . 25 feet to the Northerly Line of Crader
Subdivision, as per plat of record in Plat Book 5, page 65,
Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence S 850 44 ' 33" W
along the North Line of said Crader Subdivision 430.50 feet
ASh IV to the Northwest corner of Lot 7-G of said Crader Subdivision;
thence S 17° 27 ' 37" E, along the Westerly Line of said Lot
7-G, 147.39 feet to the Northeast corner of a 2. 5 foot wide
strip conveyed to the County of Cole, as per deed of record
in Book 150, page 518, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence
S 850 40' 06" W, along the North Line of said 2 .5 foot wide
strip, 340.41 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in
all, 7.77 acres .
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Hunters Ridge Addition, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled,
"Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners
of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied
with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Hunters Ridge Addition, lying,
being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of the said. City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, after its passage and approval of this ordinance are
given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat
under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
