A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS. SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly A. Lale, and Jerry J. and Melody A. Green, owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as fellows : Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, and part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 14 , all in Township 44 North, Range 12 West, in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows : From the Northwest corner of said Southeast Quarter of Section 11; thence S 06° 34 ' 09" E, along the Quarter Section Line, 1732.26 feet; thence N 830 25 ' 51" E, 850 . 89 feet to the Northwest corner of Green & Lale Subdivision, Section One, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, Page 94 , Cole County Recorder's Office, and the point of beginning for this description; thence Southerly along the Westerly lines of said Green & Lale Subdivi- sion, Section One, and Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Two, as per plat of record in Plat Book 11, page 97, Cole County Recorder's Office the following courses : S 270 00 ' 01" E, 1238.05 feet; S 06° 17 ' 20" E, 257. 30 feet to the Southwest corner of said Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Two, and the Northerly line of West Edgewood Drive; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of said West Edgewood Drive, the following courses : S 83° 42 ' 40" W, 30. 40 feet; N 67° 44 ' 38" W, 365 . 00 feet; thence leaving the Northerly line of said West Edgewood Drive on a bearing of N 22° 15 ' 22" E, 113.28 feet; thence N 60° 08 ' 40 " W, 23 .89 feet; thence N 28° 03 ' 45" W, 50.42 feet; thence N 25° 24 ' 03" W, 162 . 78 feet; thence N 64° 35 ' 57" E, 1.29 feet; thence N 270 00 ' 01" W, 247 .40 feet; thence S 62° 59 ' 59" W, 14 .00 feet; thence N 270 00 ' 01" W, 172 .00 feet; thence S 62° 59 ' 59" W, 16 .00 feet; thence N 270 00 ' 01" W, 480. 00 feet ; thence N 620 59 ' 59" E, 185 . 00 feet ; thence S 270 00 ' 01" E, 15.00 feet; thence N 620 59 ' 59" E, 125 .00 feet to the point of beginning. Containing in all 9 .46 acres . ® SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and referred to as Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Three that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require- ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Three, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse accept- ance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
