A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PLAT OF GREEN AND LALE SUBDIVISION, SECTION THREE, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS. SECTION 1. Robert C. and Beverly A. Lale, and Jerry J. and Melody A. Containing in all 9 .46 acres . ® SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision known and referred to as Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Three that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the require- ments of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision and that in all respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions, have been complied with. NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Green & Lale Subdivision, Section Three, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse accept- ance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
