A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE REPLAT OF LOTS 1, 19 AND PART OF LOT 20 OF PRIMROSE
VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION I, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS HEREIN DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Willard W. Manning and Lenora E. Manning, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of
Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson, Missouri,
being all that part of Lots 1, 19 and 20 of Primrose Valley
Estates, Section I, as per Plat Book 11, page 20 of the Cole
County Records , described as follows : Beginning at the Northwest
corner of Lot 2 of said Primrose Valley Estates, Section I;
thence North 250 01 ' 00" E, 60. 00 feet; thence South 640 59 '
00" E, on a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of
407 .88 feet, and an arc length of 115 .85 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 18 of said Primrose Valley Estates , Section I;
thence North 100 56 ' 00" West, along the West line of said
Lot 18, 180 . 67 feet to the Northwest corner thereof; thence
South 63° 32 ' 38" West , 162. 71 feet; thence North 230 26 '
20" West, on a curve to the right, said curve having a radius
140 .41 feet , and an arc length of 45 . 11 feet; thence South
840 58 ' 07" West, 259 . 59 feet; thence South 20° 13 ' 00" East,
124 .62 feet; thence South 390 28 ' 00" East, 273.57 feet to
the southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence North 28° 02 ' 48"
East, along the West line of said Lot 2 , 205 . 77 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1. 916 acres subject to -all ease-
ments and restrictions of record.
Section 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Replat of Lots 1, 19 and part of Lot
20 of Primrose Valley Estates, Section I , that all taxes have
been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter
445 , Revised Statutes of Missouri, and amendments thereto, entitled
"Plats" , have been fully complied with by the aforesaid owners
of said subdivision, and that in all respects the requirements
of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions , have been complied
with,
NOW, THEREFORE, the Replat of Lots 1, 19 and Part of Lot 20,
of Primrose Valley Estates, Section I, lying, being and situated
within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made part of this
ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of the said
City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson, after its passage
and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are
hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereoh and
to certify to the approval of said plat under the seal of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
