ORDINANCE NO.
A ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF PRIMROSE VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION THREE,
A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Willard W. Manning and Lenora E. Manning, owners
of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council a plat
of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of
Cole, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of Section
11, Township 44 North, Range 12 West, City of Jefferson,
County of Cole, Missouri, described as follows : Commencing
at the east quarter corner of said Section 11; thence S 860
01 ' 42" W, along the quarter section line, 786. 33 feet to
the point of beginning for this description. Thence south
08° 03' West, 282.43 feet; thence South 80° 18 ' East, 109 .98
feet; thence South 080 08 ' West , 139. 57 feet; thence South
12° 05 ' West, 60 . 00 feet; thence North 770 55 ' West, 2 .50
feet; thence South 120 05 ' West, 130.00 feet to the north
line of Lot 52 of Primrose Valley Estates, Section 2; thence
along the northerly line of said Primrose Valley Estates , Sec-
tion 2, and along the northerly line of Primrose Valley Estates,
Section 1, and the Replat of Lots 1, 19 and part of Lot 20
of Primrose Valley Estates , Section 1 the following courses ;
North 88° 37 ' 20" West, 110. 87 feet; thence North 200 07 '
02" West , on a curve to the right, said curve having a radius
of 212.52 feet, and an arc length of 60.13 feet; thence South
86° 05 ' 40" West, 60 . 00 feet; thence South 690 53 ' West, 203. 35
feet; thence South 140 31 ' 18" East , 109 . 50 feet; thence
South 630 32 ' 38" West, 262 . 73 feet; thence North 230 26 '
20" West, on a curve to the right, said curve having a radius
of 140.41 feet , and an arc length of 45 . 11 feet; thence South
84 ° 58 ' 07" West, 259 .59 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot
B of said Replat of Lots 1, 19 and part of Lot 20 of Primrose
Valley Estates, Section 1; thence leaving the northerly line
® of the previously mentioned subdivisions North 200 13 ' West,
233. 67 feet; thence North 230 31' 51" East , 335 . 33 feet;
thence North 680 37 ' East , 850.00 feet to the point of begin-
ning, containing 11. 334 acres . Subject to all easements and
restrictions of record.
SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Primrose Valley Estates , Section Three,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the re-
quirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled , "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and sub-
divisions , have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, the plat of Primrose Valley Estates , Section
Three, lying and being situated within the corporate limits of
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto
attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and
accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
and the Mayor of the said City and the City Clerk of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, after its passage and approval of this
ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to
endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the
approval of said plat under the seal of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
