ORDINANCE NO. /0117
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
FOR A CLAIM FOR CONSTRUCTION COSTS TO KAUFFMAN EXCAVATING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to enter
into a compromise settlement of the claim of Kauffman Excavating
against the City of Jefferson for rock removal in the relocation
of sanitary sewer facilities for the construction of Route 50, Cole
County Job No. 5-U-50-50 for the sum of $ 1, 640. 00 .
Section 2 . This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after /its passage and approval.
