AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF LANDWEHR HILLS SUBDIVISON, SECTION 12 , A
SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREIN
DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 . Landwehr Enterprises , Inc. , Stephana J.
Landwehr, President and Carl J. Landwehr, Secretary, owners of
the real estate hereinafter described and situated in the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, have submitted to the Council a plat of said
real estate, being located in Jefferson City, County of Cole,
Missouri, and more particularly described as follows :
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 44
North, Range 11 West , in the City of Jefferson, County of Cole,
Missouri, and being more particularly described as follows : From
the southwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 16;
thence N 83° 26 ' 03" E. along the Section Line, 1195 .78 feet to
the Westerly line of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 7 , as
per plat of record in Plat Book 9, page 37 , Cole County
Recorder' s Office; thence N 040 27 ' 37" W, along said Westerly
Line, 155.53 feet; thence N 220 16 ' 32" E, along said Westerly
Line, 262.58 feet to the most northerly corner of Lot 248 of said
Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 7 ; thence N 230 25 ' 22" W,
152.60 feet to the point of beginning for this description;
thence S 740 02 ' 26" W, 185. 17 feet ; thence S 280 08 ' 02" E
29. 12 feet; thence S 610 51 ' 58" W, 60.00 feet; thence S 48a
37 ' 37" W, 181 . 74 feet ; thence S 530 18' 06" W, 126. 75 feet;
thence S 830 26' 03" W, 127 .50 feet to a point on the easterly
line of Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 11 , as per plat of
record in Plat Book 11 , page 62 , Cole County Recorders Office,
said point being the southeast corner of Lot 374 of said
Subdivision; thence northerly, along the easterly line of said
subdivision, on the following courses and distances; N 130 06 '
10" W, 118.07 feet ; thence northeasterly on a curve to the left,
having a radius of 426.01 feet, a distance of 80.92 feet ; thence
N 23 59' 08" W, 258.30 feet ; thence N 04° 28' 54" W, 193.24
feet to the northeast corner of Lot 359 of said Subdivision;
thence leaving the easterly line of said Subdivision, N 840 51 '
58" E, 334.49 feet; thence N 730 29' 33" E, 160.69 feet; thence
S 030 54' 53" E, 140. 67 feet ; thence northeasterly on a curve to
the right , having a radius of 287 .61 feet, a distance of 65. 19
® feet ; thence N 810 05 ' 28" E, 59. 53 feet ; thence S 08° 54 ' 32"
E, 218. 37 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 5. 98 acres.

SECTION 2. It appears that said plat has been duly and
® properly signed and accepted by the owners of said subdivision
known and referred to as Landwehr Hills Subdivision, Section 12,
that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the
requirements of Chapter 445, Revised Statutes of Missouri, and
amendments thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied
with by the aforesaid owners of said subdivision, and that in all
respects the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and
subdivision, have been complied with.
SECTION 3. The plat of Landwehr Hills Subdivision,
Section 12, lying, being and situated within the corporate limits
of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat
hereto attached and made part of this ordinance, is hereby
approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are
authorized and directed to endorse acceptance of said plat
thereon and to certify to the approval of said plat under the
seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
SECTION 4 . This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date of its passage and approval.
