AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ABOLISHING THE
POSITION OF CITY ASSESSOR AND AMENDING THE CITY CODE BY DELETING
SECTIONS 2-202 AND 2-203, PERTAINING TO THE CITY ASSESSOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The position of City Assessor is hereby
abolished, and Sections 2-202 and 2-203 of the City Code are
hereby deleted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
