AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ALONG A PORTION OF McCARTY STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by deleting the No Parking restriction on McCarty
Street for a distance of thirty feet east of the east curb of
Adams Street along the south curb.
Section Z. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amendeU by adding a No Parking restriction on McCarty
Street for a distance of seventy-five feet east of the east curb
of Adams Street along the south curb.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
