AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULE J OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY PROHIBITING
PARKING ALONG PORTIONS OF BROADWAY STREET AND TYLER STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by prohibiting parking along Broadway Street , for
a distance of seventy-five feet along the west curb, north of the
north curb of Elm Street.
Section 2. Schedule J of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by prohibiting parking on the south side of Tyler
Street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
