AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SCHEDULE D
OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY CHANGING THE PORTION OF JACKSON
STREET DESIGNATED AS A ONE WAY ROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . Schedule D of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by deleting Jackson Street, between Russell Street
and Dunklin Street, in a northerly direction as a one-way roadway.
Section 2. Schedule D of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by adding the following one-way roadways :
Jackson Street, in a northerly direction, from 150 feet north
of Oberman Place to Dunklin Street.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
