ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI , AMENDING
SCHEDULES N and 0 OF SECTION 18-401 OF THE CITY CODE BY
ESTABLISHING ONE HOUR METERED PARKING ON PORTIONS OF McCARTY,
HIGH AND BROADWAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Schedule N of Section 18-401 of the City Code
is hereby amended by:
(a) Deleting the west side of the 300 block of Broadway and
both sides of the 300 block McCarty from Zone D.
(b) Deleting the 300 block of West High from Zone B.
(c) Adding the following locations to Zone A.
1. 300 block West McCarty
2. 300 block Broadway
Alk 3. 300 block West High
Section 2. Schedule 0 of Section 18-401 of the City Code is
hereby amended by establishing a one hour parking limit at the
following locations :
1. 300 block West McCarty
2. 300 block Broadway
3. 300 block West High
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage and approval.
