AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, CHANGING,
AMENDING, AND MODIFYING THE ZONING MAP OF THE ZONING CODE OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, BY REZONING PROPERTY IN THE WEST ONE-HALF OF
SECTION 3, TOWNSHIP 44, RANGE 12, IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AND LOCATED SOUTH OF THE NORTH BRANCH OF WEARS CREEK,
WEST OF LAND OWNED BY ST, PETERS CEMETERY ASSOCIATION AND 700
FEET NORTH OF .THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 3, FROM RS-1 (SINGLE
FAMILY) TO PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) .
WHEREAS IT APPEARS THAT THE PROCEDURES SET FORTH IN THE ZONING
CODE RELATING TO ZONING HAVE IN ALL MATTERS BEEN COMPLIED WITH.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY, OF
JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The following described real estate is rezoned
from RS-1 (single family) , to PUD (planned unit development ) , to-
wit:
A tract of land in the West half of Section 3, Township
44 North, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, more
particularly described as follows : Beginning at the point
where the westerly line of said Section 3 intersects with
the North Branch of Wears Creek; thence southerly along the
westerly line of said Section 3, 1246 feet; thence N 890
30' East, 436 feet; thence N 580 30 ' East, 405 feet;
thence N 100 30 ' East, 347 feet; thence N 670 30 ' East, to
the quarter quarter section line; thence northerly along
the quarter quarter section line to the centerline of the
North Branch of Wears Creek; thence westerly along the
centerline of the North Branch of Wears Creek to the point
of beginning.
® SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
