AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AMENDING SECTION 29-
29 OF THE CITY CODE BY ADDING A NEW SUBSECTION PERTAINING TO SHUTTLE
ROUTES FOR BUSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 29-29 of the City Code is hereby amended by
adding a new subsection pertaining to shuttle routes for buses, which
shall read as follows :
Special shuttle routes may be established by the director of
transportation when drivers and vehicles are available. The fare
for the special shuttle routes shall be the same as the general
fare, except during the first sixty ( 60 ) days of the service the
fare shall be reduced temporarily to ten ( 10 ) cents per one way
trip.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
